Mist rework Opinions

The recent patch buffed Mist's damage some. What is the opinion of the change? Does Mist feel like a justified 13 Pt. ability now, or still an irrelevancy? Unrelated question: Have their been any comments from the powers on either removing the AOE damage susceptibility of pets, or making them able t...

Re: [SW] Assault Stance Questions & More

You cannot be effective as ASW until RR 70 with Vanquisher; you need 70 to be able to pick up all your goodies. Tactic wise you need to run Instinctive Aim, Bullseye, Wrist Slash, and Merciless Soldier. Shadow Sting is the single best Heal Debuff in the game so you need it, to solo/guarantee kills ...

Re: Game crashes frequently when doing oRvR

Ok not sure how to do this even after googling it. How do I make sure I run the game in 64 bit mode? I see you replaced some audio file, where would I find more information about doing that? I am having the exact same issue as you were. Game runs great except for oRVR 64 bit - In your launcher ther...

Re: PUG and Premade City instances

The issue remains the end game is amok. It is informed by a corrosive mentality that feeds all through  RvR, Advice Chat, City instances of all stripes etc.  The defense of the status quo has been: A -Those in the non-elite guilds, or working with the same, simply must accept they lack skill. In sim...

Re: PUG and Premade City instances

I don't think the suggestion of pug instances solves anything. It just moves the problem from pugs being wiped repeatedly, to the weakest guild warband being wiped repeatedly. Instead of people who are completely unorganised and unprepared being punished and discouraged, people who are trying to ta...

Re: PUG and Premade City instances

The treadmill of the game isn't actually the shiny gear (but it can be for some), it's not even sacking the enemy city. What you're really looking for, if you're here long term, is a challenge. I've read through the comments of the thread and will use this post to comment from.  I think the followi...

PUG and Premade City instances

City instances are dominated by a few guilds on both Destro. and Order. These guilds, with their dedicated core players are dictating the entirety of City instances. Forum and in game chat about classes are now heavily informed by a 'meta'. This meta means players looking to play class X that lay ou...

WL: Hack and Slash

Has WL tactic Hack and Slash always applied a 50% armor penetration to Whirling Axe? Do any others DPS have an AOE that ignore's 50% of armor?

Re: [SH] Consider replacing Squig Leap

I'm a better player than you, but that's not relevant. "it's emotive. It's not a serious position and can be dismissed." lol. You seem to have issues with basic reading. Learn the definition of an argument, I linked it for you. So you want average DPS numbers, win rates and population? The devs hav...
