I would run aoe primal fury + cull the weak. Sure keeping the lion up is going to be annoying but still doable and you still get a pull and silence which imo are very valuable in a 6man. Do a bit of both imo. It will be more exciting and you'll keep both career and renown levels going. You make RR more in oRVR and more lvls in SCs. Just try to keep you RR a couple levels above your real level or at the very least on par

Despite what people say I had the feeling that your level/RR/gear makes a big impact in scs. People say that bolster fixes everyhing up. I swear on low level it was a nightmare.
