As far as i know /advice is crossrealm, so using a channel like /1-9 could work maybe? or create /pve and whoever does not care simply leaves it disabled

I like the idea for an ingame solution.
Discord definitely helps, especially if you are on the right servers but people don't want to play 24/7 ...

You can go ahead and do dungeons without worry. As well as PvE. If you want to level purely via PvE you just have to take into account that you lack RR once you hit lvl 40 and will be more squishy. I mainly play chosen 80+ i agree with the above statement. Chosen is pretty straight forward. Does not have many spells that require rotational gameplay to be efficient and has incredible team utility through the help of passive auras.
