You can debolsters providing you follow the debolster rules:
For T1:
- No piece of equipped gear can be higher than 13
- No more than 2 mastery points spent
- No more than 20 renown points spent
- No talismans in gear

For T2:
- No piece of equipped gear can be higher than 26
- No more than 11 ...

I don't understand why people make these threads before even getting out of T1. I really don't.
