Bring back gear drop from gold bags in rvr(up to vanq)/fort(invader)/cities(warlord/sov) simultanously with crests. You dont need another vanq. shoulder piece? Tbh the system is already build, check out how LOTD BOs works. There is place for every kind of groups. With a proper local AAO/Diminishing it can be something everyone was waiting for years.
