I have great news- I made it :)

Solution to my situation was to disable service named "AsusGameFirstService ".
Friend of mine found this information (although I dont know where exactly) and it worked.

For future reference- can this information be added to proper topic on this forum ...

Could you try replacing your data.myp with this version and see if it works.

Tried to replace the .myp - the same.

Also- tried to "rebuild performance counters" (admin cmd -> lodctr /r)- no changes.

I am able to loin in Launcher, game opens but after few secs I got the same ...

- Game client downloaded (by torrent)- done.
- DirectX up-to-date- I have even downloaded the one which is stated in the unstruction p.6
- Launcher downloaded and copied ...
