unfortunately that did not work.
The launcher still does not show the new version, same as first stated.

Hello.
So i downloaded the new version of the launcher, and placed it into my WAR directory.
Installed every damn .Net 4 and update windows would give me.
When I open the launcher, it takes a while before actually opening.
From there it is a series of Not Responding, then Responding again, repeat.

Hello Boss JeFawk.
I copied 3.0.0.0 to my WAR directory, disabled anti virus and ran as administrator.
When it should auto update, I get the following log file
