Re: Disrupt vs magical class, nerf/boost classes or rework disrupt in general?
The probelm with disrupt ties into the massive variance it adds to individual encounters despite the fact damage totals remain high. Randomness of course already exists in the game in many forms, but most of the randomness can be controlled if the player is smart. Problem with high disrupt is that t...

Re: Healing in RvR - renown
If hot leeching is the problem, just nerf rr gains from hots, and give normal rewards from direct healing. If i see a dps in a 2v1 situation and help him secure kills with direct burst healing why on earth would i not get rewarded for it regardless of group status?

Re: [Archmage] How to heal
The issue with AM heals is the lack of counterring the enemy burst. HE is a 1s cast low heal which is feccing expensive without WH and BoH is a 2s big heal. I can't tell you how many times my target got killed before I could cast of my BoH. This is why am needs to precast. A good am anticipates dam...

Task Manager -> Performance -> Open resource monitor -> Network -> Find WAR.exe under tcp connections and you will find your latency.

Re: [Archmage] dps and healing build
Wild healing is OP and has basically 100% uptime which means you never run out of ap. Actually, on Live, Wild Healing didn't proc on HoT crits like it does here. This is what I also remember, but in t4 I used to have much higher crit and more ap anyway. So I never paid enough attention to wild heal...

Re: [Archmage] dps and healing build
Funnel Essence is awesome for heal burst and reactive healing and there is zero reason not to take it for a heal am. Wild healing is OP and has basically 100% uptime which means you never run out of ap.

Re: What's up with SC kills after the patch?
Obviously this won't be an issue for premades, but speaking as someone who likes to pug as well - keeping a pug wb alive is a form of art in itself, mind you - I think this change adds unnecessary competition to the sc groups. Why should a healer keep anyone in 2nd group alive, if he only gets rewar...

Re: Changelog 17.02.2016
Bunny hopping was always, for me, a way to warm up. To get into game pace. Ever saw a RTS player clicking rapidly around screen for no reason? Bunny hopping was always a similar routine/habit for me in WAR. It was a way to pace/rhythm the game considering every jump fall in nicely with every gcd. An...
