Return of Reckoning

I searched a lot for a snapshot of dev.
Something like all things implemented, those in development etc.

Maybe they need some help for that... or some time !

I saw somewhere a post speaking of network listening of connection between client and war server (when official was online).
So, my question is : do we have all data needed to recreate informations for the client ?
Second question is : if we don't, is there any other way to get these data ?
