Im having the same problem. Everything looks fine until my char is loaded then everything is black except the menu icons across the top, my char icon in the top left corner and the chat box. Im getting the error code "Your launcher is out of date due to your ISP problem". What do I need to do to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thx!
