Return of Reckoning

Hello, I have tether downloaded and it doesn't seem to work unless I /tether force onto the target . I have the latest guardpack from Fixxer ironforge downloaded . Also I had craftingtooltip downloaded and it disappeared earlier today and when I redownloaded and put back into the file its not ...

So ive tried a few things to fix this including, deselecting a few cores for the game and taking off addons but the stuttering keeps reappearing ever couple of minutes. Is the only option really to just /reloadui and restart everytime ?

Server was reset and now my launcher is patching manifest and it always fails , any tips? already turned off antivirus and everything. Thanks!

UPDATE: i let the loader sit and it verified all my game files then updated correctly. Maybe just let it sit for awhile. GL
