Return of Reckoning

So I don't know if I did this completely wrong but I followed the steps of how to download this and nothing happened. I log on and everything looks like the base game.

Can someone help me out?

It went down for me again but I'm watching people play on twitch right now...

I used the "download full game" option.

I downloaded the game and every time I open the launcher I get this error code "System.IO.EndOfStreamException: Unable to read beyond the e stream."

It also wont let me copy the entire code following it, but this is the "title" of the error.

Any Advice?
