Lets be honest. You just want to be able to kill all WEs. You have no desire to spec to be a WE killer. So you need to nerf it. Its also ok for all classes to spec tanky or ...

Problem huge base dmg (base dmg 200 but it got the weapon dmg too so basicly the base dmg is 286)
286 dmg for 10 sec it can proc every half second.
Its just absurd. Its not eve the player.

This dmg come with zero offensive stats. And a pet does it not even the player

Play a WE.. You will likely stop complaining as you learn, you will die a lot.

Def WE doesn't burst, you sacrifice dmg for survival exactly in the same way a parry WH will.


With wracking pains, up to 3 EB stacks, armor ignoring agonizing wounds with WB on top and, if you don't pay attention, enfeebling strike ticking, it sure starts to feel bursty.
