When the damage output is the same or worse than normal abilities, they are not finishers. So yes, I expect some burst.

WE has a bit of a desert when it comes to finishers. They are just basic abilities at this point with some having utility.

Yes. Killing def/regen WE is easy as you said. just my skill issue ...

Who are gonna be the chads keep playing their WEs after the nerf and who are the loosers that will switch to another classes because QQ and skill issue ?

Technically we have no finishers. Our top moves at this point would be witch brew to what I classify as an equivalent to BAL. OyK is really just utility.

Everything else is just sub par. NO reason to waste skill points on.
