Can't enter game account

Good day.
Login and after load screen=>Entering the fray... Connection to server...Handshaking...Logging in...Login complete.Login complete.
And its continues 10 seconds,then black screen with Locating battles...Searching for allies.
Thats all.No server choice window,no character's screen.
