Return of Reckoning

Yeah nothing that was proposed helped to solve the problem. No matter what I do the launcher seems to be unable to detect newly registered users or users who've changed their passwords. Could anyone of the devs please bring us up to date about this issue since it is going on for over a week now?

I've registered my accout yesterday and got exactly the same problem. As recommended in previous posts I have changed my password...now I'm patiently waiting to return to the world of warhammer after 6 years. Haven't played since that time so what are a few hours/days compared to it??? Anyway I hope ...
