Its the proc meta thats causing so much damage as they arnt affected by avoidance

Make procs affected by avoidance

Just make procs scale with main stat, crit, and be affected by toughness.

Thats a convoluted way to not answer the question as they are getting 70%+ parry regardless.

The new formula seems fine as there needs to be a feeling of progression.

Order groups dont need kotbs -20% crit bonus lol
