Return of Reckoning

I am having some trouble the last few days that i get thrown out of the server after about 4-5 min and then i just have to log in again.

My net is fine. What do i do? It is really tiredsome to not finish scenarios because i get thrown out all the time.

I am trying to make my first character and all names is invalid or duplicate.
