Wasn''t there a problem with to many range class players?
I think the first dot tick at +10 % disrupt chance for enemy target would be beneficial.

The AM/Shaman AP drains might be back to OP level now.

ROR is still Alpha stage,(Alpha stage could last tell omega). The population for each zone was becoming to weak from rvr progress changes , so ROR mixed tier zones 2-4 and players level 16 to 40 together. Pug SC was introduced ,however T4 SC is players level 31-40 in order to push 30's into RVR rath...

Willpower is the only main stat that increases defensive avoidance "Disrupt" Giving healers a huge advantage against casters.
With all the different gear that is out maxing out main stats is not difficult allowing renown points , gear , tactics ect to be invested in disrupt.

The disrupt rate for classes ,specially healers is getting to high. 3 out 0f 4 ( Strength, Ballistic , Intelligence) main stats does not help defensive avoidance except Willpower . Moving the disrupt rate to wounds or initiative might be more balanced or decreasing the disrupt value rate of willpowe...

The pug SC was intended ,(at least I thought so) to bring fair separation of balance between pug & premade players.
Its not the new greater gear or playing a weaker class, that is not the issue ,but allowing rank 30's to go against rank 40's which completely contradicts the purpose of the pug SC!
