I have now tried the steps to fix the read-only issue outlined in the comments here (http://superuser.com/questions/866120/c ... indows-8-1) to no success. I have also tried using the attrib command prompt route, also to no success.

Please assist. I have now followed this person's video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bn_75A_-RYg) to the letter and still getting the same greyed connect and still getting the un-"checkable" read-only box. When in launcher I type in my login information, hit connect, and the button stays grey and ...
