Return of Reckoning

Just logged in after a few weeks and have the exact same issue. In game I only see a floating weapon.
Any fixes?

Back after I think a couple of years.
Dusting off the Witch Hunter for fun, but I have no idea what build to use and rotation.
I'm using 5 piece Devastator gear (I have no idea how I got that).

So what makes this path viable for the DoK and the "wrath" path for the Warrior Priest not?
