Why does the harbinger 2h for WL have more dps than the Slayer? Also why does the Slayers have more str and ap per second when the Choppas has disrupt and less str. The buffs from skills don't stack this is universal for all classes. The tactics do stack with other effects such as potions or ability buffs so for instance rugged will stack with vengeful strike. So by universal you mean that for example: Vengeful strike doesnt stack with the kotbs aura stand ...
