i figured it out! ty!

ok so i did the cmd lines and the first one erroed so i tried the one with e: in it and it litereally did nothing at all just gave me the hard drive line again for C: i think

do i need to replace the e in /e: with c instead?

it gives me the same error after i restarted and i used administrator ...
