Something has definitely happened to the forums today, as any account attempt to log into the forums immediately triggers a "maximum account login attempts" and requires the CAPTHCA to be entered to login.

The problem - Mozilla Firefox displays no CAPTHCA image. Internet explorer 11 does ...
