I am NOT supprised at all seeing total SW skirmish nerf ( 15% armor pen from tactic lost for all skirmish abilities, range of all skirm abilities downed from 100 to 65) when you see who is in the “balance” team.

I wont even mention abomination called scout.


SH on the other hand didn’t loose ...

I quit reading when i saw in this so called “guide” that weapon skill is in category useless ahahaha xD

Son, range crit and weaponskill are only top tier stats you will need for talismans coupled with FS rr tactics.

Ballistic is useless since you are going to hit soft cap with it even if you don’t ...
