I deleted the game and tried a clean install. That didn't fix it.

Edited as I marked the issue resolved and it is not resolved.

I was able to log into my character today 05/21 one time and now the issue of not being able to log on is repeating itself.

I had just finished the Chaos Brazier quest for the gryphon event mount. Then I logged off, I could not log back in after that.
