Resurrecting an old thread, but in case anyone is searching for a solution I was able to get this working in linux.

I was able to get this to work. I'm running wine-1.9.3-staging from playonlinux in a 32bit prefix with msxml3, dotnet40, and directx9_36. RoRLauncher.exe was throwing a segfault when patching data.myp, but continues to start the game, hence the blank server selection screen. I created a windows VM ...

Are these the current server IPs/ports? From the login log, these are the hosts the client is attempting to connect to. I am unable to ping either.
