I'll give you some help trying to set up the game, although I may not be the greatest help until someone with the proper experience arrives. I'll do my best to help someone experience RoR faster though!

Awesome amount of work and thought put in so far. I would suggest starting small, maybe one night a week for a couple hours. And see how it grows from there. You can count me in, just let me know when and where

I agree with that as well, I don't expect it to blow up ...

Why start with T1/T2? Is the purpose for gearing the toons that could progress into the later tiers? I think that's a nice idea, but I've found that the latter half (T3&T4) are what's lacking oRvR action in later NA times... T1 usually seems pretty popping and T2, in my experience playing both ...

With all of this being said, I know it’s a lot to read, but it’s something I’d like to fine-tune and carry-out (hopefully successfully) on RoR.
I’m looking for feedback, players interested, whatever I can get so that I can adjust this idea and make this actually come to light on the RoR servers ...

Now the overall idea is 100% a rough draft, but with more thought I don't really know how much tweaking can be done to this idea.

I also would like to think about adding events to scenario queueing as well as the RVR, but I think RVR will be the main focus for now.

The Plan

Each week on select days (Or maybe even daily if it gets enough attention) there will be tiers selected for RVR content.
We will be starting in T1+T2 with the goal of branching into T3 and T4 down the road.

Well many of us know that the fanbase during the NA night-time hours is usually dead, but I'm hoping to turn that around as best as possible.
