Tienes que decirles el nombre de tu personaje y ellos intentarán liberarlo para que puedas volver a entrar con él.

Buenas tardes. Sí, tienes 2 gremios bastante fuertes en cada reino. En el Orden está Tercios de Estalia y en la Destru KAZ. Ambas son muy activas y con muy buena gente. Solo tienes que entrar al juego y preguntar por ellos. Pásalo bien!

por si acaso, o falta de entendimiento, lo que Cultist quiso decir es: en el launcher del juego ponlo en inglés, logea en el juego y escribe .language 5 para cambiar al español. A lo mejor lo que tienes es un bug conocido y esa es la solución a tu problema. Suerte. Editado; ( acabo de ver que ...
