Hmm, can't find anyone talking about nerfing Brutal Assault. It's not ok as it is right now.
One or more solutions required to tone DPS of Brutal Assault. Here are my suggestions:
- Remove Brutal Assault from Merciless Soldier tactic.
- Sinister Assault tactic: change to 15% Armor Penetration to ...

I didnt vote, but want to add that in my opinion the new trend of following the K/D ratio does not sit well to this game.

It drives ppl to killfarming instead of playing the game for the sake of the good fights. Something has changed here in past few years or so..

Well, you then have to mention that you talk about solo duels as you give people incredibly missleading advice of new weapon being BiS without mentioning duels. In rest of cases its not anyhow BiS and just garbage pick vs bloodlord, LV offensive 2h or even fort with worthless proc

It will proc, slot 2 WS Talismans in that Weapon and it is BiS. If u dont think so I cant change yout mind thats fine, Iv min/max this class since 2008
