I think 1 in a wb is probably optimal. The damage isn't bad and morale pumps/drains can be good. It just doesn't contribute anything BUT damage. 1 aoe debuff (that's bad anyways), little cc, small toolbox.

Even in solos, the class is high A or low S tier. There's other classes that are "better". So if y'all really wanna get into solo balances there's way more things that would need to change than "nerf elf".
