when your in the 1st tier but you still played live in 2009

Ya got on for the first time july 5th and had no weapons and armor then woke up next day server was down all day but im still waiting to kill all the people in PVP

My game launches the screen just stays black and will not load any farther

i guess im dumb it was so undeteailed (no offence) but i cant get mine to work i need to laucher files inside game client folder cant find game folder pls help i love this game really want to play it
