ok nevermind... dont worry about it.
ive ran the take ownership of windows and program files and user files. ran the cmd attribution in admin and it just wont work. theres some bug somewhere stopping this from running.
was worth checking out. have fun.

thanks for the link. ill go through it now... to add some more info:
i think im experiencing some issue with the "read only" setting.
i manually set the .exe's to not read only, theyre ok.... and have changed the main folder to not "read only" but after i have clicked apply and ok. close. and ...
