Hello, have you tried with a different browser? (like from chrome to firefox for example), if that doesn't work you could try doing it in an incognito browser and see if it works that way.

Delete the Cache folder in your Game folder and restart the Launcher. Will Work.

Edit: After you clear the Cache you may have to restart der launcher multiple times before this works. Has worked for a few now.
