Hi, I'd appreciate if someone could shed some light on these bugs (see title) and maybe an ETA on when they might get solved, thanks

Thing is, if healers don't heal... then there won't be any heal. For anyone. Which in turn means tanks drop quickly, and everything else drops even quicker. This game is designed to have healers heal. My RP is the backbone of the group if I heal. If I do damage, I'm just dead, and everbody else is ...
