Return of Reckoning

yes i have made 3 characters so far i down loaded the win rar version and then down loaded a second time in case it was corrupted or something missing

hello
i have managed to dl and install ,created a char attempted to log in and get stuck on nord screen
,i have tried the enter /stuck enter enter/stuck /enter i can then hear the game then after a few minutes
i am kicked back to the char screen

any advise please
