Return of Reckoning

I seem to recall in the early days of live that there was a file you could copy so that if a patch wiped your configuration you could paste it back it. It was also helpful if you installed the game on another computer.

Is that still possible and if so, what file is it? Perhaps usersettings.xml or ...
