- Changes to DoK/WP 4pc Vanquisher proc "imperative Spirit" from 30 career resources over 3 seconds to 15 over 3 seconds.

maybe it would help temporary to upload all files that the launcher would update. So that the people who suffer under the problem are able to just copy past the file in the warhammer folder.
