What are your thoughts about the chosen 2H? 1H + shield?'
Is it worth playing 2H and rushing "Oppressing Blows" but not being able to have "Discordant Turbulence"? Or playing 2H with DT but without OB?
I'm wondering if the dmg/crit with the 2H are worth without OB or if it would be better to be ...
