Is there anyway to see my influence? /cmap showinfluence true does nothing

I seem not to have a stance bar on my Shadow Warrior?
Do this:
Open Layout Editor, press Reset but DO NOT save and press cancel instead. This will make all of the default windows appear again. Massive thanks to Doktorek for posting this workaround.
Worked just fine on the Shadow Warrior, but now ...

How am I supposed to do that since I am in the HIGH ELF starting place, you know The Blighted Isle

So yea i dc'd in a battleground and came back and now i'm in the high elf starting place. I quess that this is not supposed happen?
