One thing to note: Without seeing how these two things are coded (dead players and scavenging) there's no way to tell how easy it would be. It could go from a 1 line change to impossible since the coders don't have fun control of everything.

A more direct question would be: If a group of 3 did a hard PQ, would the chance for gold bag to drop be the same as if a group of 6 did it?

Why does number of players increase the kind of bags you can get? If 3 guys can do a hard by themselves, don't they deserve good bags?

I tried searching the forums, but didn't find anything solid. I was wondering how the loot bags for public quests work, mainly what controls the type of bags that are available. Is it just the level of quest (easy, regular, hard), or does number of players come into it?

I just started back up with the email again so I'm not high, but would like to join a guild that's helpful to newbies. I've been leveling my squig, but could switch to my shammy if that'd be more helpful. I can't play a ton but will help as I can.
