Return of Reckoning

I have all those files and used all the option to give me full control, run as admin and make sure there's no read only protection. furthermore, the isn't blocked by any firewall or antivirus either.

I have no software like ASUS RoG running. I also have only 1 video card in my laptop. And i already run malwarebytes/ccleaner. And lastly i have torrented, not downloaded directly.

Windows 10, installing DirectX 9 isn't actually possible on this system. But i know that i have it installed since DX11 is backwards compatible. First time i kept seeding the torrent. Second time downloading i just deleted it.

I did. Literally nothing works. Compatabillity setting won't work either.

Exactly right. I can see 2 boxes with the names of the races in them, but nothing responds to clicking except the server tab. Music and options work as well, but the background is just black. Downloaded via torrent.
