There were a lot of good players, but these stood out in my opinion.
These are North American, and are a bit skewed to who played towards the end unless they were really memorable.

DDoS's are extremely cheap to purchase all things considered. I think that a 1000 node DDoS is only like $25-$50/hr and the price may have gone down. Permanently running through cloudflare will suck, as it will cause latency just for the overhead. Then additional latency if not by attackers of WAR ...
