So witchbrew sounds good , but i think Ss + eoip+heal debuff have more spike/burst dmg ..

What is the best build atm for we ?

I have the same problem , i reinstall drivers , try to use hotspotshield(on this i can switch on game but dont have any chars, and few seconds late , have crtitical error) and still red box ;c I dont use any antvirus and unblock firewall Sorry for english and pls try to help me ;c
