Return of Reckoning

Hey folks, i have played RoR some time ago. But since the previous uninstall, i can not make it run again. The Connect button stays gray, whatever i do. I tried running the launcher as admin, unchecked read everywhere, deactivated my antivirus, added RoR to exceptions, you name it. I get this error ...
