Why is my Account suspended?

Hey together!

Please help me. All my destros are bugged!
If i log in with them, they are dead and i cant use spells and log out normaly.

Please help me asap.

the server need quick restart...cant tryvel anywhere and the sieges goes wrong because ram bugged 3 times in a row

Need a Gm to lock BC. Destro's cant rebuild the doors or fill the keepbar.

Big performance problems in sc and oRvr!

We stuck in SC...lagging very hard....but order can attack xD
Please shut down this really quick and reboot the server.
