Return of Reckoning

This is the problem this is base dmg the toughness wont reduce it at all. Toughness has no effect on it. This 508 spirit dmg / sec, 5080 spirit dmg per ability used for 30 AP cannot reduced. This is absurd. Has to be nerf.
And its 508 spirit dmg / sec come from a chosen who has 0 i repeat ...

So you run whit 0% resist and 0 toughtness to get that dmg?
Shamans morale is undefendable and un mitigatable that can stay forever.
While touch of palsy is a skill and easily avoidable and lasts 10 secs and dmg is mitigatable.
Did you really just die to touch of palsy?

Maybe it's hard for you to accept it, but I've fought a lot of chosens, regen chosens included, and the most "skilled" one, by far, has been Wiggsplitter, and you know why he's more "skilled" than the rest? Because he adapted.

How much WS chosen needs? None, because he's dealing magic damage. Not carrying about WS at all and instead investing into toughness is superior to a meager armour pen bonus KOTBS gets.

Your Centuries of Training hits melee dps for 40 (-80 tough)(come on, 40 is pretty good for centuries of training)
Melee dps self heals for 40 (+300 overhealed ...
