Return of Reckoning

Is there any addon or way to improve the visibility of quest NPCs? Half the time I don't remember who gave me the quest in the first place, or if it says "Go talk to snotface", he has no marker other than a general area and it takes forever just to locate them.

Using Vuze, I keep randomly getting ERROR: MISSING DATA at different spots and it just freezes the download permanently; have tried downloading 3 times.

I played WAR for about a full year when it was released and am anxious to play again. I played Order before so I'll be playing Destruction this time for something different.
