The stealth timer was purely a vindictive nerf. It hit WH/WE equally and yet appears to be one of the poorer decisions made. The Dev who did it, displayed an inherent bias against a stealth classes. Several ideas on how to adjust it have been proposed but again there is only hope that they will ...

Hmm, can't find anyone talking about nerfing Brutal Assault. It's not ok as it is right now.
One or more solutions required to tone DPS of Brutal Assault. Here are my suggestions:
- Remove Brutal Assault from Merciless Soldier tactic.
- Sinister Assault tactic: change to 15% Armor Penetration to ...

We lose the previous no positional requirement on Brutal Assault given by VoN, AND the armor bonus... I guess in real combat position, Brutal assault will not connect so easily against high parry targets, especially since facetanking is very easy...

The inconvenient with this patch is 3s CD ...

you dont need regen WE you are zerging soloers with your grp and you are never alone. The only time i encounter you alone you just run, and i was not even playing regen build.. that's why when you are telling to soloers "skill issue" is pretty ironic :lol:
