Sure thing, once I reach rr 70+ with approx 7.5k warcrests to enable me to get that talent, I will but its kinda stupid that its a requirement for that to function at all.

Love this rune, does quite a good chunk of damage, but the 2.5 sec cast time is horrible.
I can't even express how many times I can't fire this off due to people being in los, outrunning etc.

Feedback: Even by lowering the damage a bit, but it would be nice to have a shorter cast on this ...
