Return of Reckoning

As a returning player, this feels discouraging.
The reason is simple in RvR most of the time is waiting for something so I went for SC‘s on my low geared Char, now it feels like I get punished because a really high percentage of them are stomps where the surrender gets called with less then 100 ...

so i've also got alot of CTD's and when im in a Group the whole group has one it happens usually at around 400 to 490 point so pretty late into the sc

CTD's are usually caused by faulty RAM or VRAM i checked mine for the last 17 hours and i've got 0 Errors

BUT i found this in the Debug log

at one hand i think blocking ip's is agood thing but at the other hand i think its a bad idea

Really nice SC havent played it in years but is it intented that the Bolster is missing ? not working ?
