Found a fix for me, Had WAR-64.exe running in administrator mode (check under Properties, Compatibility). Once I ticked that off it worked.
Can confirm this worked for me also
Not working for me, it is run as admin already!
Make sure it is NOT running as admin. Also under Properties ...

Same problem here, same error in launcher.log. Tried deleting launcher and re-download from website. Also tried to delete the 64bit exe and let the launcher re-download it. Last thing I tried was the new Repair function. None of theme helped, game still wont launch. But 32bit seems to work for me so ...
